The Education for Adults with Disabilities Program provides noncredit instruction as a part of the 糖心Vlog传媒 School of Continuing Education.

Finding the right program to help you reach your goals can be challenging. We understand that our students and their families have a lot to consider while making these tough decisions. We鈥檙e here to help! Contact the office at 909-274-4192 or, send us an email at awd@mtsac.edu. We鈥檒l set up an informational appointment with one of our counselors to answer any questions you may have. These appointments can be conducted by phone, video call, or in person.

Yes! We always encourage our students to ask for help when they need it. If the student would benefit from having assistance during class, the person providing that assistance is welcome. Mt. SAC does not provide these services, but our counselors can connect you with community resources who do. Anyone who attends class who is not a student must complete the AWD/IMPACT Volunteer Form each term. All volunteers are expected to comply with college policies and procedures on and off campus.
 

The administrative office of the Education for Adults with Disabilities Program is located on the Mt. SAC campus in, Room 138. Classes are held both on and off campus throughout the community.

Classes are offered in-person at Mt. SAC and in the surrounding community.

Classes are offered in four regular terms a year:

• Fall (August through December)
• Winter (January through February)
• Spring (February through June)
• Summer (June through mid-August)

There are over 10 faculty members assigned to the AWD program. To ensure the best quality of education, all instructors are highly qualified and meet the minimum qualifications required by Title 5 of California Education Code.
