Student Learning Outcomes

• Students will be able to balance a flight control
• Students will be able to identify basic aircraft design theories, aircraft nomenclature, aircraft / rotorcraft flight dynamics, flight controls, and structural components
• Students will define aircraft sheet metal and fastener systems, and forming / bending of sheet metal structures.
• Students will demonstrate the proper methods used calculating set back and bend allowance, and then properly compute an aircraft’s sheet metal component bend calculation.
