Mission
Our mission is to provide support services, free financial resources, skill-building opportunities, and campus connections to first-time college students, thereby facilitating their graduation from college or their transfer to another university.
Promise+Plus
The CA Promise Program, known at Mt. SAC as Promise+Plus, is a combination of financial and support services to help first-time, college students be successful in their first two years of college. The Mt. SAC Promise+Plus Program does not pay for tuition. Promise+Plus provides a variety of student development, financial and campus community resources and much more!
The Mt. SAC Promise+Plus Program does not pay for tuition. However, 76% of Mt. SAC students get their fees waived by qualifying for the Promise Grant/Fee waiver by submitting the financial aid application. The program is for California Residents/AB540 eligible, first-time college students, that have never attended college.
*Dual Enrollment, Special Admit, and Articulation students may participate
