Spring 2025:

HCE Certification

HCE is a strengths-based approach that advances a holistic view of healing and re-centers culture and identity as a central feature in personal well-being.鈥疶his course will help support mt. SAC employees in exploring ways to more effectively reach and impact students of color. 

Registration: Limited to participants who have been nominated by President's Cabinet.

Four Pivots Convening

 This in-person workshop will offer a deep dive into each pivot of the book through engaging activities that explore how collective actions can advance Mt. SAC's mission.

The Four Pivots are:

  • To strengthen Mt. SAC 2035

  • Create Mt. SAC HCE leaders who will facilitate professional development opportunities within their areas of influence to implement HCE principles and practices across the College.

      Hours towards PGI will be determined and available after FPDC and Salary and Leaves approval process
    • Classified Credit
